Rebeya's Atrocious Customer Service

Rebeya's customer service is shockingly poor. If you have an issue with your order or need to return an item, good luck getting a response.

People have reported waiting weeks or even months to hear back from Rebeya's customer service team after emailing them about problems with their orders. The lack of communication is unacceptable. By the time you finally do get a reply, it's often an automated message that doesn't actually address your concerns. Trying to call them is pointless too, as their phone lines seem perpetually busy or go straight to an automated message.
